Founder Story
Fifteen Years of Building. Just Getting Started.
In 2010, I started a company with a name that most people would never have
chosen.
Truthful Transport.
The transportation industry wasn't known for transparency, and that's exactly why I
chose it. The name was a commitment. Every decision that followed would be
measured against it.
At the same time, I secured a vanity phone number that became part of our identity:
855-SHIP-TRU.
What began as a transportation company eventually grew into something much
larger. Over time, I acquired domains, built brands, added equipment, developed
technology, registered trademarks, and assembled a growing portfolio of digital
assets.
The common thread was never luck.
It was focus.
While others chased shortcuts, I focused on building durable assets. I learned that
the best opportunities rarely arrive when everyone is paying attention. They appear
quietly and reward preparation, patience, and discipline.
That philosophy shaped every major decision in my life.
I bought two homes in exceptional locations, each at precisely the right time. One
became an investment property that now helps support the next chapter of our
family's journey. I learned to value long-term decisions over short-term
appearances. I installed kitchens, completed projects myself, lived modestly, and
reinvested wherever possible.
The goal was never to look successful.
The goal was to become successful.
Over the years, that mindset produced a growing ecosystem of brands and
intellectual property, including:
Truthful Transport®
ShipTru®
ShipTruAI™
ShipTruPrice™
TruPrice™
TruPriceLock™
What started as a transportation business evolved into a larger vision focused on
developing, acquiring, protecting, and growing valuable digital assets.
That vision became eCorpWeb LLC.
Today, eCorpWeb serves as the home for a growing portfolio of brands, trademarks,
domains, technology initiatives, and intellectual property developed over more than
fifteen years of continuous effort.
One of the most meaningful moments along that journey had nothing to do with
business metrics.
After acquiring Dernicks.com, I asked my son what he thought.
He told me it was his favorite.
At that moment, I was reminded why I started building in the first place.
Not simply to create companies.
Not simply to create brands.
But to create something lasting.
Something my children could see, understand, and one day inherit.
The goal has never been to win arguments.
The goal has been to build.
To take ideas and turn them into assets.
To take assets and turn them into opportunity.
To take opportunity and create a legacy.
Fifteen years later, the mission remains unchanged.
Fifteen Years of Building.
Just Getting Started.
